WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We take pride in offering our customers the best quality. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please contact our Customer Services at info@theoriginalftg.com within 7 days from the 
date of receipt for replacement or refund after deducting mailing expenses.

There are two ways to obtain a refund: a. it can be deducted from your next delivery; or b. it can
be credited to your credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, in cases of ‘undeliverable orders’, a refund will be made to you after deducting the shipping charges and a reasonable handling
charge (which will not exceed 15% of the total value of the order to be refunded).

Returns are only accepted for items in their original packaging and purchased on
theoriginalftg.com website. The Original FTG does not accept returns of items purchased
through any third-party, including its Distributors.

To arrange to return your item or to obtain further information, please contact a Consumer Care representative by emailing us at info@theoriginalftg.com, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. Customer Care will provide a pre-paid shipping label for return shipment.

Once your returned package has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for
us to inspect the returned item and process your refund. By placing an order on
theoriginalftg.com, you are accepting this return policy.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will provide you with a tracking number.

WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

 Yes, all shipments will require a signature.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Unless indicated at the time of ordering or by a follow-up notification from us, shipments will be made via a carrier that we select, or if we give you a choice of shipping method, the carrier that you select.

If an expedited shipping method is available as a Shipping Method and you select it, an
additional charge will be assessed at the time of your order. All ship and delivery dates communicated on our website or via e-mail are estimates only and are subject to change.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival, and report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier.
